Free Trial Period and Returns

Free Trial Period
We know that it takes more than a quick touch and feel to know if our sleep products are the right one for your body. That’s why Leesa offers a free trial period on our products. This allows you to experience the full benefits in the comfort of your home, ensuring you can adjust to their feel, support, and comfort. For this reason, we ask that you give our mattress a 30-night adjustment period.
- Bases and Bedding: Enjoy a 30-night trial period. If you’re not satisfied, you can initiate a return at any time.
- Mattresses: Enjoy a 100-night trial period. We recommend trying your mattress for at least 30 nights from the date of delivery before initiating a return. Just like a new pair of shoes, the materials in a mattress need to be broken in, so it may feel different than you’d expect in the first few weeks but will adjust as you sleep on it. After 30 nights, if you're still not satisfied, you can initiate a return. Please note that only two mattress purchases per household or shipping/billing address are eligible for the 100-night trial return & refund.
Returns
We want you to love Leesa products. But if you’re having second thoughts, we’re here to make your return experience as easy as possible. We understand that preferences can vary, and your comfort is what we care about most.
To begin a return, contact our Comfort Crew at 1-844-33-LEESA or email support@leesa.com. Once your return is confirmed, our team will guide you through the return process. To qualify for a return, you must be within the 31- to 100-day trial period for a mattress or the 30-day trial period for any accessory.
We are very committed to giving back to your community and want to see your product go to a good cause. In many cases, we’ll encourage you to donate your return to a local charity (Salvation Army, Goodwill, thrift stores, churches, shelters, etc.). Upon drop off, please be sure to collect a donation receipt and send us a photo of the receipt to receive your refund.
If donating your item isn’t possible, a member of our Comfort Crew will give you the instructions on returning your item to Leesa:
- Bases and Bedding: If you decide to return any Leesa accessory, you can do so free of charge within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Please ensure that all accessory items are returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges will apply for products that are destroyed or damaged.
- Mattresses: Every Leesa mattress comes with a 100-night trial. If you’re still not satisfied after 30 nights, you can initiate a return. Once your mattress is decompressed it won’t fit back into the box, so we’ll make arrangements to have your mattress picked up. Once the pickup is complete, we’ll process your refund. To be eligible for a return, mattresses must be clean and undamaged. Damages include (but are not limited to): ripped or torn cover fabric; stained fabric; broken zippers; punctured or ripped foam; or a burned mattress cover. Please note that only two mattress purchases per household or shipping/billing address are eligible for the 100-night trial return & refund.

Alaska and Hawaii Customers: There is a $100 fee for mattress returns.
Exchanges
If you decide to exchange your mattress for another Leesa mattress during your 100-night trial period, just give us a call at 1-844-33-LEESA to start your exchange.
We treat exchanges similarly to returns in that we will coordinate a pickup to remove the original Leesa from your home before processing your refund. You may place a new order for the other mattress at any time. Please note that only two mattress purchases per household or shipping/billing address are eligible for the 100-night trial return & refund.
We’ve learned that the most common reason people exchange is for a different mattress size, height, or firmness, so be sure to measure the height of your bed frame, adjustable base, and/or foundation before ordering. You may want to visit one of our partners to try the mattress before you move forward with the exchange. You can also call a member of our Comfort Crew for assistance.
